Welcome to Maxwell the Cat's very own Home Page!

For all of our many cat loving friends, this is where you can get to know our new companion. Max has been with us for five months, since mid-December 2025. When he arrived Chez Tortuga, the vet estimated he was between two and three years old and told us his name was Maxwell. We thought of changing his name and played around with some possibilities, but ultimately decided to leave it alone. Maxwell he arrived and Maxwell he would remain.

At the request of a few of you who have not had the pleasure of a personal audience with Himself, we felt it would be proper to begin posting more pictures of him than we normally share in one of our regular messages. He is quite a character as you will come to know.
